so my car has been sitting around with a no good coil for about almost a month i finally fixed it today after work and i got my 280z started. Now that i drive it, when i rev it to about 4k and past it , the tachometer needle goes nuts when i shift or easy off the peddle. Any ideas on what may cause this? thanx in advance oscar

Couple of nights ago i started my 280z to move it out of the drive way so i could pull my other car out and then the next morning i try to start my z and it wouldnt start. It is a bone stock L28e, car cranks so i thought it might be a fuel problem so i sprayed some starting fluid but still no go. Any suggestions thanks in advance oscar

will that suspension setup work fine with the 1jz cause im looking to do a swap and i have the illumina shocks and the eibach springs? thanx

So I just picked up a stock n42 head and f54 block for less then 200. I'm planing on running flat tops with this setup but not sure if I should use a 1mm or 2mm head gasket I'm trying to have max 10:1 compression ratio no less than 9.5:1 ratio? Also what cam would be suitable for this setup I've searched but don't seem to find anything helpful! Any other suggestions for this setup that would help increase power or do somewhat of a difference? Thanx in advance.

help well im trying to buy so rims i have a 280z lowered on the eibach springs what is the widest rim i can get to clear in the front and back i want to buy the rota rb-r in 16x8 but i dont know if i will clear or in what offset because they sell them in +4 or +10 or i would like the rota rb in 16x8 help plz thanx

so i washed the engine on my 280z which is a stock l28e it turned on fine after i finished but didnt notice that i got water in the tps so i dry the sensor and then now my temp guage is not working any one had this prob. before all my other gauges work except for my temp. do you know wat might of caused the problem? help!! thanx in advance oscar

hey guys want to see if you guys can help me this weekend my tranny went out on my 280z. i want to know whats the best tranny i can put on my car thats a five speed and that fits my stock L28 with little modification or none at all? thank oscar
