For a rather inexpensive seal,and 95% of the work already done to replace it I would just do it. If you dont and your luck is anything like mine it will leak and possibly cause the new clutch to slip. Also the age of the seal can cause it to leak (dry rot). You will sleep good if you replace it. Make sure it is seated evenly and not to far in on one side and sticking out on the other.

I went and looked at it major project.You will need a garage to put it in (all bare metal).He said it runs, but I didn't get that far.Needs frame rails under floors,but front rails were not to bad(repairable).Rockers were repaired with metal but needs more work.Interior was ruff but he had a dash cover.Needs alot but not totally gone in my opinion.He claimed to have $1800 in parts but I couldn't justify that.There was a complete weather/door seal kit.I DO NOT know this guy, but thought I would pass it on for the cause.If I left something out send me a message,more than happy to help.We didn't talk price but if he came down it might be worth it.I HAVE TO MANY PROJECTS:icon6: [ THIS IS MY OPINION ] http://baltimore.craigslist.org/cto/1575267555.html
