Alright guys, I'm looking to gauge some interest here. Pictured are our billet steel steering knuckles ("drift" knuckles) we offer for the Z31. These are brand new machined from steel. I'm looking into the possibility of making some for the S130, but need to ensure theres enough interest in them. On the Z31, they provide ~51 degrees of steering angle with no other modifications as well as greatly increasing steering quickness - making them great for autocross applications aswell. If theres enough interest, we will design and produce brand new shortened steering knuckles for the S130 chassis which will offer the same benefits - more steering angle, and quicker steering. The process is essentially taking the OE design, modeling it then modifying it to reduce ackerman angle and shorten the length which in turn produces more steering angle. They would be 100% brand new from fresh material. I'd need 20 people to get the ball rolling. Initial group buy cost will likely be $240 per set, then go up slightly after the group buy. After the group buy, they will be made-to-order...however if there arent enough people initially its unlikely we will produce them. With enough interest, we will begin the process. There would be a minimum of a $50 deposit to get your name on the group-buy list and an agreement to pay the rest upon completion prior to them shipping. The group buy is *NOT* limited to 20 people, however that is likely the minimum required to make this happen.

hey guys. just joined thought id post my car up show some of you what ive done. this is my 91 Z 2+2. i pulled a 94 q45 VH motor from the junk yard. tore it apart and went through it with a fine tooth comb. clean the motor out, replaced every gasket and o-ring posibble, and hope when i dropped it in it would run. and it did. so its 94 vh45de motor. bone stock besides 3inch straight pipe and cold air. TT trans with an adapter plate. stock shaft, stock diff, just aggressively welded. K-sport coilover, adjustable camber arms all around, tension rods, energy suspension everything in the rear. modded knuckes and extended tie-rods in the front with extended LCA's. drilled and slotted rotors. dual caliper set up in the rear for the hydro. running the q45 ecu. i custom made my own chassis harness ran everything to toggle switches. inside is completely gutted, i wire-wheeled the sound deadening off the floor for 4 weeks. then primed it. i have a corbeau forza and a evo 8 recaro with a no name and a ABeltCo harness. toggle switch pannel dash with push to start. momo wheel, nrg QR. i flocked the whole dash, took out the cluster, cut a piece of wood the same shape, flocked it and stuck it in there. i just have an apexi tach with a digital engine temp display. 14inch shift knob i welded from scrap metal and a 11inch hydro lever i made from a tension rod i snapped. battery in the hatch with a custom battery box and the fuse box is where the glove box would be, along with the kill switch. i going to keep adding to the car so ill be uploading pictures periodically. doing a full cage, fuel cell, and tube front and rear. im just a street drifter and i go to track events when theyre held. i just do this stuff to my car because i want to, not because i need it because im an FD driver or anything.

Hey guys so I kinda turned my poorly placed hello into a Build thread. Now I am moving it over here and it's barely been a full month that I have had the car and I am on a super college budget until I get a job. So it isn't going to be one of those I just dumped 12 grand and the car at a shop builds. But I do promise to keep the post coming for you guys (and If we are so blessed girls). My plans for this is to make something super low in the Shakotan style, but that will be able to drift. I am hoping to have it done with in the next two years so I can hit my 50 state road trip in it. (idk how I am getting to Hawaii) I also have aspirations for a VQ35 Swap and just so happen to have a crashed G35 to donate parts from. Here is a copy from my original post so you guys don't have to go double back for pics. VQ Loaner Before that it was pretty nice though Also i have swapped to the H4 bulbs I have also removed the ugly Bosch lights and the rear window louvers The electric fan kit Radiator over flow and new cap are all in and I am in the middle of a tear down and gasket swap also lets me check the health of my pistons and cylinders. Hopefully all is well and I can put her all back together in the next few weeks. Until then I am scrubbing and Scrubing Well I hope you guys enjoy and I will keep posting as I go.

So I have my 260z and I 3 engines and transmissions for it (stock/original engine and tranny, a second L26 and tranny, and a "drift modified" sr20 and tranny). I have the stock engine being overhauled and rebuilt right now while I have the second L26 under the hood right now and driving on it, but I am wondering if it is worth my time, effort or money to have it built back up to ever swap out my stock engine with or if I should just sell it off. The sr20 was built up by a mechanic that had it in his drift car before he wrecked it. But I don't know if I want to take the time to switch it out with the stock/matching numbers engine that I will be putting back into my 260z in Feb. and I was looking for anyones advice or input
