wigenOut-S30 Posted July 6, 2012 Share Posted July 6, 2012 One of our Very own built one a while back. Selvin Scott AKA ScottieGNZ used to have a GN powered 240Z. He got rid of it and moved onto a GN powered FC RX7. He ended up selling the GN power train and switched to 2JZ power. One night at the track, he had traction loss half track and crashed the car. He was fine (relatively speaking) thanks to the safety equipment and cage but the car was done. He found a super clean Fox shell and put the 2JZ in it. I believe he has made several mid 9 sec passes on it and he has done a really good job with the build. I would say maybe even cleaner then the one from the article.
