It's been busy for work and did not have much update.

Also, updating electric wiring is...not so fun.

Finally, I got spare time during Xmas holiday and focused on running engine.

I removed Shunt since my plan is to swap Ammeter with Voltmeter.

After removing Shunt, I connected the White wire and White/Red wire together.

Hook up CS144 and try to ignite... does not work....

I did not get spark at all.

So, I connect MSD 6AL.

Still not get spark.

I wonder where I should connect white wire? Should I connect to terminal?

I opened up headlight mount again to check whether light bulb issue or not. It's painful to access to headlight bulb.

I need to remove side light.

Most cars even modern ones have the headlight circuit active without the keys. You can disable it by making the trigger pin on your relay ignition dependent.

I've had to use the feature once when I was younger and phones were not ubiquitous, dark night no street lights (grass lawn used for parking at the firework show), went to go grab something from my parents car, dropped the key on my way back before I hit the door lock on the remote. Went back to the car and flipped the headlights on to find the keys, then turned off the light and locked the door with the remote.

I need to replace counter shaft bearing for 71B.

Photo 22 04 17, 10 52 12 AM

what Is It

I noticed I did not see this part in 71b.

Bearing puller did not fit easily.
First of all, use drivers to open up space.

philip

Then use hummer to open up more space.

hammer

Finally, I can use bearing puller :-)

unnecessary gear is removed.
