2eighTZ4me Posted April 29, 2015 Share Posted April 29, 2015 Just about to undergo an LS6 swap, and was wondering if anyone has used the Collins Adapter to mate a 350Z CD009 tranny to their LS setup? Also curious how the transmission handles the power. I have read this is the cheaper alternative to the T56, so I'm curious who has done it and if any recommendations are in order. RebekahsZ Posted April 29, 2015 Share Posted April 29, 2015 (edited) I'm running an NV3500 transmission with an LQ4 putting down 350hp and 389tq in my S10, and it is doing fine. That 5-spd trans is found in full-size GM trucks and V6 S10s. If you consider this trans, I can take measurements for you and talk about how to marry it to the LS motor.
