Guest kc6wfs Posted December 1, 2000 Share Posted December 1, 2000 I am hooking up my ign and have a problem. I am using a Mallory unilight that uses a ballest resistor. The coil is a 12v hifire. Can I run the 12+ to the coil and have the ballest resistor between the + on the coil and the dist? Also would the - on the coil have 12v or 4 or so volts?'
