Phantom Posted January 29, 2021 Share Posted January 29, 2021 You may want to look at licensing the car with a "collector" tag. That may get you around the smog regs? I had an issue in Texas once where I failed emissions because I didn't have catalytic converters on my LS1. The problem was that the inspector made his decision based on the year of the engine rather than the year of the car. In Texas the deciding factor was the year of the car.
