cusco strut bar problem

Recommended Posts

Mine fit OK on the studs, but I had to notch the raised area around the access hole for the nut on top of the strut. The clearance hole in the bar seemed to be off by 1/4" or so. I installed it with the car on the ground, so maybe jacking it up would have helped some, since the issue was on the inside on both sides.

What about removing the anti-sway bar and lifting it up? I would think the anti-sway bar would make a difference... They are putting force on the A arms and those are directly connected to the strut towers.

just a thought.

On the other hand, if it is that bad out of whack, you might want to get it checked out?
