Delasangre4231 Posted July 25, 2010 Share Posted July 25, 2010 Ok so, 84 turbo, only when I first start it up for the day. It used to just idle fine and then sputter when I tried to give gas until it was warm. Now it starts and idles fine for 10 seconds then by itself starts idling really rough for 30 or so seconds and then pops back to normal idle for 10 then back to bad, ect... Giving it any gas almost kills it or makes it worse while it does this. I pretty much have to play with the gas until I get the engines rpms up and rev it high then it almost settles back to normal without the going back and forth between good and bad. Then I can barely get it to back out of my driveway and then it will go forward fine but every time I stop and let it idle again it has a nasty lope in the idle.
