I want him eaten by large cats unable to defend himself... Now, imprisionment and impalement on Bubba would be a suitable purgatory. Once released, the first thing he does is goes skiing, and then gets impaled and eaten by wild animals. That's even better. IRS Audit drawn out, and then placed in prison where the guy gets Bubba-Loved to the extent of colostomization. Which gets pierced when he goes skiing and hung up on the pine tree, so the infection can get him as well... Thanks for that ZXToy! That adds constructively to the fantasy.
