  1. Mishimoto Radiator for 280z?

Another question for ya...did you reroute your overflow tank to the driver's side as well or just curve the hose around? I see in the video (posted above) that he moved it and got a smaller tank.
  2. Mishimoto Radiator for 280z?

Awesome thanks! I already ordered the Mishimoto...but I will admit, I am a bit of a brand snob lol. Would've loved to have bought their hoses as well...but I don't think they're worth $210. Probably just going to hit up Lowe's and see if I can find some hosing that I can cut down to fit. Thanks for the info!
  3. Mishimoto Radiator for 280z?

That's what I was thinking as well. I got it ordered so we'll see! Thanks for the input.
  4. Mishimoto Radiator for 280z?

Scratch that, did some more digging and found this: https://youtu.be/0oJTZ7_3iZI Still would like to see anyone else's attempts on this too...
  5. Has anyone put one of these in a '78 280z yet? https://www.mishimoto.com/datsun-240z-performance-aluminum-radiator-70-73.html It looks like a pretty close fit to me, but when I asked, Mishimoto said it's only compatible with the L24/L26 engines. However, on this site (https://whiteheadperformance.com/product/mishimoto-performance-aluminum-radiator-mmrad-dats-70-datsun-240z-260z-280z/), it says otherwise. Thoughts?
  6. My "new" 280z :)

  7. My "new" 280z :)

Also, I'd love to follow other builds on Instagram if you guys want to share yours: https://www.instagram.com/datpurp86
  8. My "new" 280z :)

Hello! I'm new (obviously)...been lurking around and gathering info for a few days, already found tons of helpful stuff! I just fulfilled a dream and bought a 1978 280z about 4 days ago. It's in pretty great condition and already has a few of the mods that I would've done myself. Interior is pretty much bare, but the exterior looks good. So far it's been driving great, other than what I assume to be some battery connection issues...going to try to clean the terminals up later today and see if that fixes the problem. Pics from Cars & Coffee below...as well as my other bae, 2013 Scion FR-S (also panda-style underneath the wrap). Looking forward to meeting everyone and starting the build!
