I have a turbo 350 tranny, with a shift kit

How is the best way to make a Z hook at the dragstrip? I have a 72-240Z stock suspension with a SBC. Do I use stock springs or aftermarket, do I use stock shocks or aftermarket, do I use the stock rubber bushings or polyurethane? Need help. Spinning ain't winning!
