Door mockup for fiberglass mold

Here are pics of the rough mock-up for the interior fiberglass door panels for the 240Z. You can see the 6.5" speaker mount. All that gets blended in and smoothed out to make a mold. From the mold my friend can pull the door skins made of fiberglass. An original 240Z door was maimed in order to privide you with a quality part *sniff*.

This is taking a much longer time than expected due to my friend's 9am-5pm+ job and life in general. I'll try to keep you posted about progress as it is made. You guys still interested?

The most difficult, but not impossible, part will be to recreate the top metal bracket out of fiberglass and make a piece that will function and be strong enough to do the job without being too thick.
