Anybody help a recent adoption of boneyard 260z 2+2 After repairing the engine myself she blew out a heater core on her road test. We capped the lines and so now we could set the twin SU carbs. The max vac I could get was 18 inches and the idle was steady at 750. Next road test and the brakes were hard and the SU varbs were backfiring. Does that sound like a brake booster? I cannot locate a reman booster for this car anywhere. Some people have said use a 280zx 2+2 and change the master cylinder. I need the booster,master cylinder and heater core and can't come up with either. I also managed to get the wipers working but they seem to be slow. All the speeds work and they return to park but they are slow. Like I said I am new to these cars but I can see that they are not complicated. I am open to suggestions and I truly want to see the potential of this engine on the straightaway.
