  1. Not sure what a kouki is, or a zenki for that matter (though I don know a zonkey).  But if they are of good quality and sell for less than people sell non cracked stockers for I'm in.  As long as I can get lenses that look original.

Factory reproductions are available. Go on the website and check it out.

I also don't know what a "kouki" or zenki is for that matter also......these new words nowadays....what next??

    Zenki are pre-facelift 79-81 (early)

    Kouki are facelift 82-83 (late)

Japanese differentiation between models. Sorry for confusion.

  2. Hey guys,
The 280ZX taillights are finally done! Jason at Klearz has been working on these for quite some time now using the lenses I sent him. No more hideous 300ZX or skyline taillight conversions. Kiss the spray tint days goodbye. Replace your cracking and hazed tails with these lens reproductions in any color combination that you want!

Scroll down until you find the 280ZX Taillight lenses and choose whichever options you choose. Super high quality lenses and you can choose just about any color configuration that you want! OEM Reproductions, all clear, light or dark smoked, etc etc.

    Make your S130 cool!

  3. Trying to resurrect my entire S130 and have been piecing together my AC stuff.

Now, I have what seems to be two different copper AC lines that, if installed in the car, are the same part. It's the line from the drier on the passenger strut tower to the AC condenser.

One line has a fitting for freon and the other doesn't. They're the same shape, they bolt bolt up to the same spot, etc.

Just wondering if there were differences in the AC lines throughout the years. I don't want to mix and match parts only to find out they won't work with eachother.

  4. Well no pics atm - never really cared to take any lol. I have one pic that kind of shows my door bars/overhead bar, but it's a bad one. Pretty sure I have some on this computer or posted on facebook somewhere - once I'm not lazy I'll try and find em.

    BUT,
Had a local shop design the cage for me, cut out, bend, and notch all the piping and I did all the welding. Took me a day or two to do everything. Maybe 3, considering I was beating the crap out of the car with dry ice everywhere to get all the insulation off.

  5. now I remember why i stopped posting any pics on this forum, absolute grammar nazi's...

    regardless,

I had a full drift spec cage in the car with DOM tubing. Made by own door bars, etc. to make an 8 pt cage. Just recently I cut everything out other than the plating used to weld the bars to the car. Just in case I'll ever want to jungalize the car again. Overall, was completely overkill and I didn't care for it enough to be cruising around with a stripped interior. I'll try and find some pics of the cage. Was pretty rad

  6. motor's all put back together.

rotates nicely and has decent compression rotating by hand. seems like everything in there is going to seat wonderfully once I get her fired up.

as of now, engine bay is completely stripped down and is getting prepped for paint. once paint is done, motor and built t5 are going in and i can start putting the rest of the car together. i forgot i had a thread thingy here so i'll be posting more often!

  7. put some pics up of the front bash guard, i might make one to drive through 5 o'clock traffic haha. yours looks sick though!

i cut it all off. putting original bumpers back on the car. i could never find anything cool to put over the skeleton so it's now gone.

What size are the front and rear wheels?? Tire size? I like the look alot, keep it going

i had some square g6 17x9 +15 with 50mm spacers on the front

and all of the XXR's were 17x10 +25 with 50mm spacers

tires i think were 225/45 on front and anything i could get in 17 on the rear (which was usually 225/235)

hey man any chance you still got your original bumpers?

    keeping them!

  8. ask and you shall receive.
