check this out,I got: MSA 240Z front air dam set of 15x7 Enkei gold mesh rims set of rebulit early roundtop SU's set of door mirrors 2 starters 2 distributers 2 sets of plug wires 7mm & 8mm set of ngk sparkplugs 2 240Z grills and a bunch of other little stuff now heres the deal.all this stuff for $100 bucks the only bad thing is that one of the rims have like a 3 inch curb mark in them what's the biggest tires i can put on a 15x7 rim without coilovers or flairs?

o.k. guys I don't post to much cause most of the time i find what i'm looking for by searching but cant find any thing on this. first i'll tell you what my car has had done to it: 71 240Z L24 .120 overbore L28 rods,pistons,crank,oil pump E88 .495 lift / 290 duration cam holly 4-bbl carb on adapter manafold 10.1 compression now here is the prob. i can go out in the morning and try to start my car and it will just turn over and over and over and wont start and i thought i was flooding it but when i check the plugs they are nice looking and dry but it acks like it flooding but then after about 15 mins. of trying to start it,it turns right over and runs great and once the cars warmed up it starts every time but if i let it sit for a couple hours it happens all over again. now before everybody starts helping me i have replaced this stuff: battery alternator plugs rotor/cap coil-PS91 crane cams igniton XR-700 crane cams so what do you guys think? and i think i ruled out vapor lock too but maybe not? HELP ME PLEASE Joe

so could i do the swap for $5000 or under? all i want is a stock 350 with a 5-speed. i just blew up my L-6 and would like to V-8 my rust free 240. just looking for the best bang for the buck.

ok i still don't know why i'm not getting spark,but when my key is in the on position the ballast resistor get super hot(don't ask me how i found out). can you hook a ballast resistor up backwards? i'm positive i hooked everything back up the same way,i hope? why would this happen? Joe-Z

I was just wondering if this could this work: could you put a cold air intake on a carb'ed car and will it work like on fuel injection cars by sucking air in? i would make a air tight box to go over the top and it would not cost me anything but the price of a filter. please tell me if you think this would work or if i'm just full of it. Joe-Z

well i think it is my box because here's what happend: when out to look at it for the 500 time,so I tryed to start the car one more time,still nothing ,so i get out and knock on the box and hear this,psss,POP pssss !!! and then this melted smell now i know every thing is hooked up right so why would this happen? it is a old box almost 6 years,could the box just have gone bad? well i think i'll go buy another box when i get paid but if any body has an idea as to why this happend please help Joe

4bbl might not be the way to go,but i do have equal length runners due to having the 4 bbl bolt up to the SU intakes. and in order for me to change back to Su's witch i don't plan on doing i would have to change my whole fuel system and take off my nitrous.

ok guys,my Z has been sitting for almost a year and i got every thing hooked back up and i'm not getting a spark? now could this be my coil or igniton box? i have a crane cams PS-91 coil and crane cams XR-700 igniton box. could my box have gone bad cause i dont think it is the coil cause i hooked up a different coil and still no spark but it was a stock coil but should that make a difference? i just don't know what else it could be and i thought i would ask the Z gods I HATE ELECTRICAL thanks

i have the 4bbl manafold on my 71 but i got the one that hooks up right to the su intakes and it also has a 75 shot of nitrous on it,plate under the carb. this set up runs great and i have never had problems with it,and its very easy to tune.
