aren't those engines 15,000 if I'm wrong and can purchase for 5,000 or below its perfect but if not what are my options, if i can do labor.

I have a 94 n/a motor is brand new maybe 5,000 miles on it at most just drove from ft lauderdale to south Carolina. was wondering best route should i twin turbo it or sell that motor and swap it for rb26 or ls1?
