  1. I have been getting metric lol and the shitty thing was I brought a bolt that fit the turbo and checked it on the home depot thread thing and got that bolt but didn't work lol, but I will make another trip once again this week to hopefully get something that works.

  2. I've been to home depot four times now and even with a bolt that threaded in as reference I got some and didn't thread in wtf? I'm sick of the trips so hopefully you guys have an old turbo with them still on there that I could snag from someone. Thanks

  3. I agree I need these right now lol. I have the s13 front hubs on the car right now with the stock ball joints and that's where I found I will need to get these ball joints. Also have the tie rods hooked up but when one is straight the other has a lot of toe in so if you beat me to finding out what to do with the rack stuff let me know! But if you could either take exact measurements of the bracket you made so we can finally get this done too or make some more to sell that would be AMAZING! :)

  4. Well just got some m8x 1.25 and they are way to small just goes through the hole. Got m10x1.25 and it doesn't thread at all part the first thread like it's not the right thread pitch but it doesn't look like a smaller 1.0 thread pitch it looks course ughh

  5. So I have been putting the fresh motor back together after waiting way to long for machine work and seam to of misplaced the two bolts for the return hard line :/ thought I had them bagged up with everything else. Anyone know the thread pitch so I can make a trip to get some new ones? Thanks

  6. Ok so when I got the motor back from the machine shop he had put all the alignment dowl things in a box along with this spring loaded thing. I'm not sure where it goes if it's even for my motor. I tore apart a noon turbo black and couldn't find it on that motor so not sure if it's a turbo block thing or not for my car. Here's the pics, thanks.

  7. I really need a 3 row crank pulley to finish my fully forged, built head, standalone l28et motor lol. Had to let a buddy use it because his broke and my car was down for the build but now is the time I need to find one. Thanks let me know

  8. So i know this thread is really old and im still doing research and know quite a bit but have you done a write up on what you did to do this? I see pics which are great but did you swap in the r32 cross-member? How did you do the front sump conversion? Stock oil pan or did you swap with the first gen maxima pan? I'm about to undertake this with my built l28et with standalone b/c my z has way to much rust and a s13 would be much easier to do suspension and cheaper IMO.

  9. Awesome ok I know this is probably a dumb question but I've never worked with a copper gasket do I spray the gasket spray on the block only, or both block and head, or everything from block, gasket, and head. That's all the info I need I guess haha I'm going to go for the copper gasket.

  10. Ok awesome thanks I guess my only other question about the copper gasket would be what prep do I need to do before putting it on? Is it just clean and make sure all surfaces are flat ( like I'm doing) and use a special copper adhesive or is there more to it? Thanks for the helpful info gets me one step closer to finishing.

  11. I'm bored .040 over with custom 87mm wiesco forged pistons would the stock Nissan gasket still work cause I beloved they are stock 87mm bore on the gasket?? And with the copper is it able to withstand the boost and pressure cause I'll be pushing about 15-18 as well.

  12. So I'm almost done building my l28et and need a nice headgasket and would really like to not spend 300 bucks on one but if I have to then I will since I haven't skipped out on the other goods lol but all I need to put this thing back together is headgasket and bearings. Pretty sure I've found several options for bearings but having a hard time choosing a headgasket. Found this on courtesyparts but for an l24 l26 I'm not familiar with. 11044-E4620

  13. im almost done with my turbo build and need a metal headgasket and bearings to start reassembly and was looking at the tomei headgaskets but on their site its a 90.5 bore? i did .040 with 87mm forged wiesco pistons wouldnt that create some problems being to big? i know stock they are 1mm bigger bore on the headgaskets

  14. what size gauges did you go with b/c im sick of my digi gauge and i've almost got everything i need for the turbo motor im building and want to get some of these gauges. i guess i could go measure but can get a positive answer from someone who has done it thanks
