  1. Look for a preferably rust free or 99.9% rust free shell. I am located in St Petersburg, FL so something close would be nice. I am just looking to switch shells to complete my ls2 car. The one I have is going to take too much work on the body.

Let me know what you have

  2. So I am a freelance graphic designer and artist. I have also run a "hi-performance" shop for almost 10 years. The reason I am moving is because of the woman. Right now we are looking at some places in Deerfield beach. If anyone has any knowledge of the place or knows of any jobs in that area, it would be a huuuge help. We are also looking in the tampa bay/sarasota area as well. Any input of that area is appreciated.

    Thanks David

practically the same size tire. It looks like the 315 is about an inch and a half wider, 1.57 to be exact. Doesnt look like its bulging too much on the rb-r's if thats what they are

  4. Is a Volt gauge even really needed? I mean I think I'd notice it my lights were dimming and the engine was having trouble running. That would eliminate the need to find a slot for that pesky 4th gauge. Does anyone know where I could buy a pillar pod for my A pillar?

I do not believe anyone makes one. I thought i found someone on here that was making one out of one for a different car. Like a dsm or something.

  5. What are you using for mounts? If you are using JohnsCars mounts:

"AC compressor mount and drive: New aluminum high efficiency compressor, made in Japan (serpentine belt drive). I do not supply or make the hoses except for factory air conditioned cars as there are too many variations. Most hydraulic hose or AC shops can make you a set when you drive the car to them. The GM factory AC compressor will not clear my mounts so I designed a custom unit. My package includes all mounting brackets and hardware, uses stock GM belt ,freight paid - $450.00. Hose set, drier, pressure switch for "280" models with factory air is now available, $200.00 (only with my A/C kit)."

If you are using custom mounts im sure you could use a stock bracket.
