I know the l28 cuts power to the injector from 3200 up if you're in gear. the other thing i've noticed is that i have a high idle when the car is moving... it hovers around 1400 until i come to almost a complete stop.... what controls these two things and how do i disable it!?

hey all, i'm finally finishing up my 79 280zx resto, and i'm changing all of the signal lights to LED. but word on the street tells me that i have heat resistant flashers, and the relay won't work with LED bulbs. What is the right electronic flasher to get so my signals will work properly?
