vann admitted he did have to cut a lil bit to clear the throttle body or air filter or something mentioned on his website...but i think it was just the skeleton of the hood not the shell...

i dunnoe him...but i've e-mailed him...i think he lives in austin or works there...but he said his car is in houston cuz it's not 100% working or something...my last email to him he hasn't replied yet...and it's been over 1 month...

no crossmember modification...i'm using the stock mount location...using the camaro rubber mount...and built a mounting bracket for the two...i'll try to take pix... did joo drop ur motor that low??? ur cut of the firewall is very clean lower then mine...i cut into the windshield wiper motor location...i just rounded my shiet with a sawzall...talk about unclean cut...kaka...but imma clean up the cut with a plasma cutter when i bring it to a manager at work that has one...

not even half way...but i consider all the hard part done tho...

hmmm....i cut off that copper color piece...i'm trying to take off the metal tube...i'll take a pix later tonite...i cut it where u have ur tap at...

oh...this is for t56 tranny for ls1...

how do i remove the quick connect thingmajig on the slave??? i had to hacksaw that shiet so i can take off the slave...but i can't remove the whole thing...can anyone show me how???

just to give someone an update on my ls1 z32 swap... bought swap manual from adlashwa... read the forum some and search a lil... z32 is in the body shop still.. fabricator that's suppose to mount the motor and tranny for me is not returning my call... just got the ls1 and t56 today...

not a bad idea...that is if i had all the stuff in hand...the paint job will be part of a group deal with 3 cars painted which i can cover...the motor and labor is cost roughly 6-8k together...that is gonna take me some time to save up for...but what u say makes sense...i've thought of it b4...but this paint deal is a very good price i'm getting at...and the dood's job seem very very excellent...and it's one of those group deal "now if not cost u more if u come back later" type shiet...

i did search...i wouldn't say i've read every thread with ls1 z32 in it...i've mainly read krazeezx and adlashwa's thread...i've also read one where i think it was u and some other guy arguing...

1. anyone have a/c or heat??? if so what components are u using??? chevy's? nissans? aftermarket? 2. what type of wiring harness are being used??? painless?? stock chevy??? 3. what type of clutch system is being used??? hydraulic??? cable??? i'm slowly gathering parts and information for my ls1 in a z32 swap and have a guy who's gonna build me custom mount and mount the motor and tranny for me...i'm prob gonna do the rest by myself...

i'd e-mail that dood that said he sell the write-up...but as i understand he sold his car and never came back here...so i dunnoe what my chances are of getting a copy...i'd like to buy it from the source...but if he doesn't reply within the next week...i was wondering if anyone else on here has a copy that is willing to sell me a copy...

i've been reading alot lately...

i am motivated by all this ls1 swap...and some in particular in z32 that it got me wanting to do one myself...so when opportunity presented itself...i took it...bought a 1994 2+2 shell for 500...in the process of tearing it down to get the car painted...just got a key made for it since previous owner lost the keys...gonna have to get an ignition switch too...so just wanted to drop in and say hello...
