No, I did not change the cam..i never read anywhere that it would need to be changed...should it have been?

Hello, First time posting here...long time reader. After trying clean my lifters and trying to find hydraulic lifter replacements for a 1983 tuubo P90a head i swapped them for adjustables. My problem now is adjusting them, do i follow factory specs for a P90 head and does anyone know a different spec i should be using. I did adjust them to the specs for a P90 head and they seem a bit noisey....any help would be appriciated. TM
