[S30 5 lug hub upgrade - must be from Z31 TURBO? Or is NA OK too.]

Following Z31 were also 5 lug

So there's a few write-ups on this conversion for s30 4 lug to 5 lug hubs but as for the Z31 5-lug hubs - does anyone know if they HAVE to be from a Z31 turbo? Will 5 lug hubs from any (84-87) Z31 which includes non-turbo work ?

I've copied this from another forum, I didn't get many replies (either due to it being a stupid or obscure question). Hopefully someone here knows.

 

I've been looking for a replacement clutch for my 85 Nissan 300zx Z31 NA.

 

I came across this clutch kit below which states it will fit quite a few Nissan cars such as RB30 skylines, FJ20T Silvias (200sx), VL commodores, KA24E Navaras (frontier), etc

The above clutch kit is no longer for sale so I had to keep looking.

 

I found another clutch kit shown in the below link which fits the KA24E Navara/Frontier (the above no longer for sale clutch kit said it would fit KA24E as well as many other cars) but the seller is trying to tell me it will not fit my 85 300zx NA and that I should buy the 300zx clutch kit which costs ~$100 extra.

Could it be that most of these clutch kits all share the same 240MM clutch, but the thrust bearing/pressure plates are different? Does anyone have any insight? Regardless of the price, if I were wanting to buy something heavier duty this information would greatly help.
