I just looked at a 1973 Datsun 240z today it's pretty rough has some rust on the trunk lid ,inside the spare tire. The battery tray look to be OK. not sure if it runs or not the carburetors are off also its is a five speed. The guy was not sure on what he wants for it. i'm not too sure on what to offer him knowing the last one I bought I paid 300 for it

I'm running the Jtr mounts with S 10 fender well headers only downside is that you would have to cut out your fender wells
-
Yes I already have something planned for that. trust me that's been going through my mind when I was cutting that out.

Looking to run some long tubes instead of block huggers and these are the closest thing that I could fine that work

instead of making my own headers I found a set of headers from headman that will bolt up. they are a fender well header. So I had to cut out my fender wells in order for the headers to fit.

If my attempt to make mock up headers. They're going to be the fender well headers

They just don't understand how much it hurts lol especially how much money I have into it and can't hear it run she'll be alive this summer. At least I'm going to try to make that my goal.

So I bought jtr kit for my 240z put the motor in looks good but not motor it looks sideways in the engine bay. does anyone have a SBC z with the jtr kit installed does it look sideway because it does in mine. the transmission bell housing is not lined up with the firewall when looking down at it. The driver side the transmission bolts are further away from the passenger side does anybody may have the problem.
also is there anyone that lives in Sacramento California with v8 240z that is willing to let me look at it that might be helpful for me on my build
my number is 916-289-2972 call/text
