working on that printed out the fuel injection manuel

hey guys still working on the Z did some reading and found out that a majority of the problems with this fuel injection system are mostly the AFM and coolent temp sensor. so I changed the temp sensor. no change I went to the local junk yard and grabbed a AFM from a 81 280zx. put it on and it runs a little better. but its by no means fixed my question is the zx AFM working against me, in solving my issue??

haha not in production as far as I know. these are the first 2 iv seen in sometime and their fairly cheap at about $160 for the long block so I guess I got my answer

hey guys just went to the local junkyard and found a 81 zx non turbo. all of the engine components still intact. Iv entertained the idea of building a stroker, but im not ready right now, just wondering if you guys think its worth it to grab it up before their gone. from what I understand the f54 is the block to have for a stroker thanks guys

*Update* the car will rev while in neutral, when you drive, it almost acts like it missing on a cylinder. also you can still smell bad gas in the exhaust. is it possible that I still have bad gas in the lines? maybe change the fuel filter again. checked the plugs and they look great. thanks guys

hey everyone just bought my first Z. needs work but its all original. 1978 280z it was in storage for 7 years before I got it. the fuel has been drained and fresh fuel added, new plugs and wires, cap and rotor. the car will start very easy and idle great. it you try to rev it, it will spit and spudder. also while driving of course. any suggestions on where I could start would be great. thanks Josh

hello everyone, long time lurker here, I have a simple question of what would you do if you were in my situation. I have been wanting a s30 for sometime. I live in the northeast and they are not plentiful at all. I currently own a nice 1986 foxbody mustang, needs work but its nice. having built a house and having bills now, should I build the mustang to potential or sell it and search for a s30. iv tried to sell the mustang before with little luck. what do you guys think thanks josh

mmmm sounds like a lot of work. the only reason I ask is because 240z around my area are hard to come by, hell any z is hard to come by but deffinatly a 240

hey everyone iv been waiting for a bit to buy an s30. I like the 240 260 and 280z's the question I have is I really like the 240z turn signals down low. If buy a late 260 or 280 and buy 240z turn signals and move them down to where the 240z turn signals are, or is it more work than its worth thanks
