I am restoring a dash and can not seem to get the Dash Light Dimmer knob and the Rear Window Wiper knob off. Is there a trick to this?

 I tried to buy the Kaminari molds but they were lost (or trashed) years ago. I do carbon fiber work. If you can provide the Kaminari parts we can make new molds and build them with fiberglass, carbonfiber or a combination of both.

[Carbon Fiber accents..]

The carbon fiber boots are for high speed racing (speedskating~!) I am at the National Short Track Championships in Milwaukee this week doing foot casting so I do not have full time access to the internet. I will be back at the shop on Monday an be able to answer more ?'z but generally covering something in carbon is much easier than fabrication of a new item like the skate boots. Each pair is made to each customers feet. There are many types and structures (weaves) of carbon fiber.

I repaired my floor pans in my 280ZX a few weeks ago with a structural carbon weave that is not great to look at but is ROCK solid. I will be checking back in a day or two so if anyone has any ?'z let me know.
