  1. Thanks. Yea as soon as I bolted them on I noticed they needed to be cut back also lol..other than that they fit really well.
  2. How far did you cut yours ?.. All the way back as far as it could go?
  3. Up and forward turbo headers off of eBay... I'm thinkin serious after I get the engine running about puttin a single turbo on it ..
  4. Just giving y'all an update, I have my harness about 85% done, only thing that's holdin me back from starting the engine is my fuel lines!! Getting so close. Also ready for a single turbo in the future!
  5. Thanks I really appreciate it .. I'm ordering my fuel tank and everything for my fuel system to get it mounted . Ill post pics
  6. Haha I know what you mean .. But hopefully ill only have to take the engine out one more time to paint the engine bay..
  7. I'm on a budget and I got the motor for 450 complete and the auto salvage place let me have that transmission with it so I will run it til it fails..then I will get a t56
  8. No I'm using the c5 bat wing oil pan ..sits right above the front crossmember just enough so I can build a skip plate
  9. here's a video my brother made of my z with me working on it in our new shop
  10. Rusted out 70 240z (ratrod) clear coat bare metal and rust 5.3l mated to the nv3500 (ls1 accessories and the batwing oil pan for clearance) Function and forum coilovers 15x11 rear 15x10 offset is around -24 Bassett wheels Fender flares I still have a long ways to go but I do have my harness cut down and computer tuned I braced up the chassis from front to rear by running square tubing through the front frame rails to the rear cross member rail above the rear differential. I need to figure out what kind of fuel cell/fuel system to run Since I want the car low I want the headers to come around front almost like a turbo setup but run along where the original battery location was and dump it out behind my passenger front wheel through the fender. Let me know what you think and give me some ideas for the things I need for example is there a header out there that I can turn backwards that will clear ? What aftermarket radiator with electric fans should I use? Thanks
