    Good save! Do you drive with your lights on? I find that my headlights earn me about 40% more respect from other drivers. They pull out in front of me much less when I am approaching them. Even when they see me, they give me more distance. I think the lights make it look like I am approaching faster than I am, and they wait.

     

     

    Interesting...I never thought of this..Going to try tomarrow :)

    what wheels are those? size width offset, and what tires are you running? I LOVE! the way that car sits, and mine will sit like that, its getting dropped 2.5" and I need some sick wheels to go with its sick stance!

    Those pics are kind of old, I was running two sets of rims. The rear ones were called "Eagle Alloys" and were sort of deep dish, and I put two of the current wheels I have one right now on the front to have the staggered look..

     

    Anyways, let me whore out my dad's roadster and my z.

    The wheels are Diamond Racing wheels (look like Nascar wheels) with Toyo Proxes RA1 225/50/14. I know they ain't no WATS or works but they sit pretty flush if you ask me!

    Swapping 240z tails and bumpers to a 260Z?

    I was thinking about doing this also, but with my 280...

    Haven't tried it yet, but in my head, seems pretty simple. You just need to see the different shaped openings where the taillight bolt into the body.

     

    280z style are split into two, the reverse light and the brake/turn lights.

    240z style are one big piece. (can't find a picture quickly to show opening shape)

    Heres some pictures for reference..

    Back on 280 taillights..the shape fits in those holes..

    back of 240 tailights...they have just on opening. and these prob wont fit into the smaller 280 openings...

    So I think that we'll have to cut a bigger shape to fit the 240 tails. Then slap on the taililght bezels/license plate bezel/light and you're a hybrid 240!

     

    please someone, correct me if I'm off...I was just thinking this in my head..

    CLUTCH FAIL! Emergency...

    Okay, so last night, my tranny starting acting up. Clutch started to depressed way too easy, first was near impossible to put in gear, then reverse same story, but sounded and felt like clutch wasn't depressed (grinding/hitting gears). Was horrible!

     

    Barely made it home, when the clutch completely went out. I left the car in 5th since exiting the freeway and cruised it to my parking spot.

     

    I'm hoping I ca just replace the Clutch Cylinder? How do I do this?
