how to install a fuel pressure regulator and rail

where did you buy the fuel rail.. looking to upgrade mine -
hey guys im new to the site but i have had my z for several years it was my first car and recently the afm went out and then two injectors and now three more so to cut the story short im looking into buying a 11mm fuel rail from pallnet but i was wondering after the injectors what else will i have to upgrade im trying to avoid a ecu upgrade
