I just purchased a TYC blower assembly to replace my original assembly. However when I compared it to the original the fan impeller blades are facing the wrong direction (see photo: original is on left and new on the right). Does anyone know if you can replace the fan impeller with the proper facing blades. If not, do you happen to know if TYC makes the same blower assembly with the correct impeller.

Can anyone tell me how the crankcase vent tube mounts to the block. Mine fell out when we were taking the block out of the cleaning tank. Is it soldered in place or just a press fit.

I got the tube and fittings removed without damage. Now I need the o-rings. Does anyone have a source for the o-rings at each end of the tube which is located between the 2 intake manifolds?

I have a 1972 (July) 240Z. Can anyone help with my steering rack disassembly. I have what I am going to call rack stops that are steel rings about 35mm OD on each end of the rack. They seem to have some type of rubber that can be seen on each side at the ID. Does anyone know if these are just pressed on and can be removed and then reused. I want to be able to finish disassembling my rack but the stops are causing a problem. I have tried twisting but they do not move. I do not want to destroy them. I believe this came from the factory as I am the second owner of this car and purchased it back in 1977.

Anyone have a source for the OEM engine mounting bushings (11345-N3000) that are pressed into the rear manual transmission mount.

My local Nissan dealer shows it as not available. Anyone have access to these bushings?

I got my airdam from retrospec today, It looks great! It fits much better then MSA one I have, matches the fenders and parking lights much better. Anybody get there stuff yet let me know. Thanks Larry G.
Do you have any pictures showing your airdam. Is it CF or fiberglass?

It is a rheostat control for the A/C. Same as on my 240Z. You turn it to control the level of the A/C.

The vanes are curved and will not provide maximum air flow if turning in the wrong direction.
