Bought a mechanical oil pressure gauge for my sbc350. Question is, the nylon tube connects to a "nipple" on the back of the gauge. Problem is, that little nipple that is supposed to go inside the nylon tube is bent, it isn't centered for the tube to fit over it. I know, the explanation is ridiculous, but I really don't know how else to describe my issue. Any input would be appreciated.

Hey guys. So im trying to install a nechanical oil pressure gauge on my sbc 350. Problem is, the spot where the tube goes into the gauge has a "nipple", for lack of a better word, and the nipple seems bent and the tube will not fit around it. I bought another gauge and the "nipple" was bent as well?? Is this how it is supposed to be? Any help will be appreciated.
