Not sure why they wont fit, I will like to know if Suspension Techniques sway bars from a 280z will fit on a 73 240z?

Tokico gas struts issues

well I removed the rears and one of them is also no good, I got all this new I wonder if tokico will replace these two, 1 rear and 1 front for new ones? -
Hi, I will like to know if this is normal. I purschased all entire new Tokico blue struts model HZ-3015 and red tokico 5020-F springs. Today I decided to installed all these parts and I notice that one of the struts dosen't come up by itself I need to pull it up it some little force is this normal?
