  1. Hi All

  2. Hi All

Been ofline for a few days and just noticed all the talk :)

On the wheel travel its the same setup I ran on m old car and never had the tyre make contact with the flair so it should be fine.

On the intercooler pipes they do run through holes in the wheel arch. The main issue I had is they reduce the turning circle because of the large tyre etc.

I was going to go back to the G-nose but always loved the look of the blunt front.

I am still thinking of adding some type of dive plates infront of the flairs to try to divert the air?

As far as brake ducts I will be using the narrow slits in the base of the front spoiler.

  3. The flairs are actually off an old 911 porsche. My Dad had them in the back of the shed and I tried them on and with a little modding they fitted up ok :)

So I havent actually got molds but probably will make some.

  4. Thanks again :)

The spoiler is removable and the original front valance is under it.

I will definatly seal the area between the spoiler and rad support( havent done it yet)

I read a little of the aero section and I think the main info I got was the sealing of that section.

Its been 4 yrs so far so its really great to have it getting closer to being ready to test :)

  5. Thanks guys. always nice to get good feedback :)

The gusets between the a piler are just flat steel with holesaw holes all the way up it :)

The wheels are from a local company in Aus called performance wheels. They are a copy of the globe wheels and are 16 x 10.

  6. Yer alot of people didnt get what I was asking for but you got it spot on :)

Cannot wait to see the rear shot. I think with ruunning the car it will take a while for me to get the kit finished buthopfullly I will get the car track tested soon with the old ody kit on it and then start on the new one.

    Thanks again

  7. Hi Drftn280zxt

the car is a full race car. Its running a rb25det, 16x 10 slicks, 8 point weld in cage etc

Yes I want to run the full areo you mentioned, wide body (the wheels are about 2 inches or more wider than original guards) gt wing etc etc as you mentioned.

I have currently fitted some wide flairs to tie me over as I want to start testing the car (engine etc).

Nismo styling would be great as I love the 35oz gt car aswell as the new gtr GT racecar aswell

    Would really appreciate any help

    Thanks

  8. Hi All

I have been watching the bodykit thread for some time and need some help from some who can draw. I am currently building a new body kit for my racecar and want to do a Japan super GT style bodykit for my zed.

I am good at building things but cannot draw to save myself so was wondering if anyone could draw up a 240z styled like a Super gt style racecar?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks

    Ash

  9. Hi All

I am now up to wiring my car and as I have got rid of the whole zed loom and are ruunig the dash/cluster out of the r33 I really want to get hold of the proper complete loom diagram.

So far all the ones have been sent to me are the engine bay loom and don include the main wiring loom

If anyone has it or knows were to get it It would be of great help as I have it running but a few things dont work and it would be great to have the diagram to sort ti out

    Thanks

    Ash
