Hello. I have a 260z and it seems as though like others, my floors are shot. But not just them. My “floor” section where the seat belt reel sits in. It’s a little square bump out behind the seat. I can’t seem to find the correct name for this section, not only that I can’t find a patch for it. I don’t mind creating a new one. I’m just curious if there is one other there. I added a photo of the section I’m talked about down below. Let me know if you know anything. Thank you.

Hi. I know the title is pretty long but I’m going to be doing a 350 swap on my 260z and I’ve been reading the v8 swap Manual by jtr and they have a lot of helpful info. There’s one thing I’m having a hard time finding and that’s the correct tail housing for my 700r4 with the jtr trannys cross member. It says to use 8673406 tail housing. And this piece is a absolute mystery. No info on it besides a few corvette forms that some guy mentioned it ONCE. Besides that there is nothing. I did however find a alternate p/n for it. And that’s 24214689. But again. NOTHING on it either. I do however find a lot of info on tail housing 8673409 and it looks really similar to what I see in the jtr book and seems to do what I need. I just want to know if maybe in the book it was a mistake and should of been a 9 instead of a 6 on the p/n. If p/n 8673406 does exist can it be subbed with 8673409. What are their differences? Thank you.

hi guys, so as the title says, im looking for any and all info about rewiring my 260 all the way. I've been slowly digging into since i got it and ive noticed i have no power what so ever, nothing at all. ive done some probing and i believe that there is some serious fried wires down the main engine bay harness. not to mention a ton of just loss melted wires everywhere, I've just decided id rather start out with all new. with that being said I've been looking at getting a painless 21 cir. harness, though i have seen people say the ez 21 is just the same and cheaper. either way i think i need one. is there anyone that already has a COMPLETE pin out for either of these harnesses. im having a hard time reading my stock harness blue print, and trying to reference to painlesses pdf instructions they have. of course either of these are not going to be a exact fit i know that, but any and all help would be appreciated. not to mention has anyone done a harness plug refresh? i figured while im at it ill need new plugs to either different brand or oem either way. i don't think i need need to refresh them but i would like to. again if anyone can point me in the right direction i would appreciate it alot, thanks.
