4L80E is too big to fit with out making the tunnel larger...

We found an upgrade kit for the tranny to hold 750hp.

My dad ans I are looking to make 800 HP out of a LS1 with the auto tranny. We have been told that theres no way in hell. Does anyone know of a rebuild shop that does performance builds that can make this tranny handle that kind of power?

Hey where can I get step by step instruction on how to add power streering? All the post I have found have been LT1s and Im doing LS1 and the moderators keep deleting my posts.

Ok STOP closing out my post without an awnser! I have searched the forums COMPLETELY. Im specifically looking for info for power steering with an 02 LS1. Everything Ive seen is for an LT1 and that shows the clearance as a 1/4inch so I want to make sure the LS1 will have the same or better clearance.

Will a 4L80E fit in a 78 280z with out body modification? I have a 4L60E in it now but want more HP and Torque and was told the only way to do it is change the trannt or the 60E will snap...
