What is the length of the valve cover?

Probably wont rurn out at all, im thinking of going a different directio.

Its just a goof around project. Its not gonna be very good at anything really. Going for an old, inline 4 indian boardtracker style look.

Im searching for info on the crank trigger setup but I am not having very good results. Could you steer me in the right direction please?

I would very much like to use an l28 for a motorcycle project but I have some questions and I have been doing quite bit of searching to find answers. I used to have a turbo motor for a z build but that is long gone now so I dont have any way of taking measurements or vizualizing what I need. 1. Could you theoretically run 6 small carbs, one for each cylinder? My thinking behind this would be to use very short individual intake manifolds. 2. Will there be any negative side effects to using very short intake manifolds( basically 1-2 inches long) 3. Is there any kind of "low profile" distributor design out there? Basically the smallest most unobtrusive ignition setup possible? Any way of getting rid of the distributor that O am not aware of?

What are the basic LxWxH dimensions of an L6 with valve cover? I havent been on here in YEARS.

Nice helmet BTW...what do you ride? i ride a kawasaki ZRX 1100, the helmet is a n OGK FF4(the best you can get without spending arai money) hahaha.. well i wouldn't describe it as being funny but check out David Elsewhere, whose skill is greater by about... 100000000 times. Yeah, i can do alot of the elswhere stuff, keep in mind im wearing a full leather suit, and they dont exactly allow for much movement.

i would have been the youngest compettitor in the eco challenge several years ago had i not broken my hand. me and 3 friends of my were going to compete as a boy/girl scout team. would have been cool

the odds of me doing any typ of nhra events are slim, no worried about that. Iwould like to be able todo some SCCA events. Thank you to everyone who has contibuted thus far.

My chasis is going to prison for a while for some fab and paint work(stitch welding,roll cage, and paint) Do any of you guys have a diagram of some of your rollcages that you would be willing to let me use in my z? I want as much protection as possible. I dunno if this is too tall an order but im looking for a something that incorporates the cage as an actual part of the chasis. In other words, i want the cage to be connected to all the major suspension mounting points in the car, to stiffen it up a bit. If you guys have any info,links, actual diagrams you can spare it would be greatly appreiciated. if you send me a diagram of your personal cage and its the one i use, ill throw you some free powdercoating for my trouble.
