  1. Anyone parting their car out or has an extra...I'm having a difficult time finding one. Its one of the last pieces before I get her back on the road.
  2. As the title states, I'm looking for a good used male hood latch for my '72 restoration project. PM me or email directly if you have one to sell. Whitecomet21 at Comcast dot net Thank you.
  3. These are the wheels I will be putting on the Z. They are a little different than alot of the ones I see...and I just like the look of them

    My restoration project
  5. My newly acquired 1972 240Z...original, and soon to be restored fully!
  6. So I'm in need of a front timing cover for the engine I found. Its the only part that didn't come with the motor. My old cover I found has a hole that is unfixable near the bottom where it mates to the oil pan. Anyone parting out their engine that still has an original cover for a '72 240Z...I'm in need!! You can message me on here, post or email directly. Whitecomet21@comcast.net Thanks again.
  7. Found one...thanks for all the emails I had recieved!
  8. Looking for someone who has a "well-running" engine for my '72 240Z. Someone who swapped something else in and has their original engine laying around. MUST be in excellent shape and running excellent, as in does NOT need any work....I want something I can drop in and drive. Email works best. Whitecomet21@comcast.net
  9. No longer looking for a head. Thanks to all I've talked to and replied, but I wound up reusing mine off the 2.4L. It was slightly warped but no bent valves, just alot of built up carbon causing low compression....its cleaned and ready to be put back on. Sorry for the delay, I'm not on here much though with work.
  10. Looking for a good E88 cylinder head for my '72 240z. Must be complete and in working order. Someone who did an engine swap and is parting out their car. Or just getting rid of old parts. Again, I need it to be in excellent condition, NO issues. Email is the best way to get ahold of me Whitecomet21 at Comcast dot net Thank you.
  11. All messages replied to...you guys can also email me pics of what you have to: Whitecomet21@comcast.net I check my email at least 2-3 times a day so there's a better chance I'll get it on there as opposed to on here. Lookin' for a project.
  12. Replied to email, and texted. Interested in your car.
  13. Looking for a '70-73 240Z in good shape, without a drivetrain. Maybe a project someone had that did bodywork on and lost interest in or the motor isn't complete, or whatever the case may be. Interior can be mostly complete, or if someone has a spare PARTS car in GOOD, complete shape they were going to use I'd be willing to take that too. I'm located in Scranton, PA 18505...and would be renting a trailer/truck to pickup within a reasonable distance. Pics of anything you are looking to sell and get rid of can be forwarded to my work cell: 570-878-0092 along with your name and location...or just post pics up here in this thread and contact me via PM or my cell phone. If I don't answer I'm at work and will call you back when I can. NO RUST BUCKETS plz!!! Sorry, I tried this before with one and it was a headache from start to finish....a little rust here and there is fine. Paint fade is fine, things like that are good. Salvage titles, R's or bill or sale's are also welcome. Thanks for your time. -Mike whitecomet21@comcast.net
  14. Irony Parts would help, its finding the right car that's a bitch right now. There's an '87 turbo running around that I'm trying to buy, its only got like 75K on it and they want $3K for it...its in awesome shape! But, I need to sell the prelude to make up the bulk of the money I'd owe.
  15. Yep, I'm on TST also. Its just that the price of Z's out there is more than they are here, and shipping across country is around $800...I'd do the bodywork here myself and save the extra $.
