Your going to make the rear quarters in autocad? lol good luck
-
are you planing on using maf or map?

Keep looking there is more info out there. Stony has done the z31 spindle swap. You need the steering knuckle and spindle from a non turbo z31. With some washers the 240z lower ball joint will work. The tie-rod ends will need to be lengthened to work with the new knuckle. You also need hubs from a turbo z31. As far as i know this hub will allow you to use a z32 rotor with the z32 calaper. Im not sure of the proper years that work though. 240z coilovers should fit the non turbo spindles. You will also need some way to adjust caster and camber.

Running z31 spindles could be an option.

Are you using a 240 steering knuckle or is it from a z31?

Where did you get that fuel door. It looks very clean

I think that hose should go to the charge pipe before the plenum.

Im tying to find the best rearend setup for a 72 240. I want to use an r200 diff and cv's. I would also like to use 300zx hubs, e-break and clappers. So far i have only been able to find the techno toy tuning backing plates. They look like they would give me everything i want. Has anyone had any experience with these? Im not to fond of the way the strut ties in. Does anyone else have another solution?
thanks neil

The ebay intake is nice, but like people have said quality can be an issue. Like all ebay (china) parts there is no quality control. My freddy intake does not have any casting problems. I just had to open a few holes to get everything to bolt up.
Why do you want to go with this intake? are you planing on upgrading the turbo?
-
to run its best you should tune
-
Yes i know. The plan was to go 2jz but the deal on this motor was to sweet. Any idea how i can get this moved to the rb forum ?

Philly_G35 that came out nice. Where did you get the replacement quarter ?
-
I do not think you have your numbers right.

I have seen that car on observedtrials.net, are you a member there?

So the top two fittings are oil returns? and the bottom is the pickup? What are the advantages to this setup?
-
The cf looks sick. How is the quality and fitment? you got them from motorsport right?
The harness looks fine, just missing those 2 relays by the ecu

Here are some more photos of the motor. I'm not totally sure what its out of. Maybe someone can help?
This is the underside of the intake with the accvalve, air regulator and water pipe. I had to open up the holes out on the water pipe a bit. Now everything fits nicely.
Here you can see a coolant line that needed to be plugged. (near the thermostat)
