  1. Honor is dead in Japan because one shop may not be on the up and up? Let me tell you last time I was there honor was very much alive. Much more so then here I might add, they can't hold a candle to the underhanded practices of shops stateside.

Owning nice cars here is tough, Clive, Will, Joe etc.. make it look easy haha. I grit my teeth every time I see a pothole too late to avoid. I hit one today while driving towards the setting sun that popped my hood.

  2. still looking for the grill i will sell you one for 80 dollars i have one for a 240z 70-72 and 240z and 260z 73-74 let me know ;) I can post some pics too

You have a fairlady style that hes looking for or regular usdm ones? I'll take a fairlady grill for 80 bucks tell me where to send the money lol.

  3. Thanks for the heads up I sent him a message about the bre cam, think its just what I have been looking for. I just built a 11:1 L28 with triple webers on a mikuni manifold. Think this cam would be perfect.

Would say it's at the end of stage II or beginning of stage III. The lift is just about or at max for stock springs but I see some stage III's actually go over and require springs. The duration cant be all effective though it seems way to much to be "the best all round camshaft" and certainly wouldnt put the peak power at 6k. Thats my opinion anyway. 6k peak power puts it at msa stage II if I'm not mistaken. Which is .48 lift and 274 duration.

I trust BRE and its a decent deal so I hope I snag it. Seller hasn't responded as of yet.

  4. Did a search and didn't find much, maybe my phrasing was wrong.

L28et with a 240mm clutch set running with a s130 n/a 5 speed and an adjustable slave. I know the part numbers are the same for the throw out bearing but can I retain the n/a sleeve?

I have been getting very mixed answers. A friend of mine says the slightly longer n/a sleeve is fine as he has done it. Others are arguing with me the bearing part numbers are different, I looked myself and they seem to be the same. Some are saying it HAS to be the shorter turbo/2+2 sleeve. Zcar says this, ratsun says another etc...

I have both the short and long sleeve. The new bearing is on the long though so if I can just leave that alone great. If not though much better to find out now then after I drop the set in this weekend.

Does anyone have any 1st hand experience or a 100% solid answer they could throw my way? It would be appreciated. Thank you.
