Im going to be looking at an engineless 240z. The guy said it has everything done to it, from the mounts to the tranny. Is there anything i should keep on eye on while checking it out?

Hi, very soon this summer, i want to start to build a project car. I want something Pre-'73 so i wont have to deal with smog. I was wondering if a vendor sell a full kit to do a v8 conversion? I tried search but could not find anything. Also, which car would be the easiest to do the swap in? Sorry, i know these questions get asked alot.
