Wow I wasn't expecting so much variation in views of it. personally its not what I would do to a 240 if I had one. I prefer suttle and clean rather than ostentatious stupidity but everyone's to there own and Im ok with that

I don't like the tail lights, the dumb badge or the honeycomb. Other than that, great engine choice, dash is alright, I like the stock z dash or 240sx dash doesn't look to bad.

 

Yeah I guess the general body is good, I probably should have been a bit more clear on what I think is a monstrosity. its just the honeycomb and badges(eg: the supercharged badge in the engine bay when its not...at all.) that I despise the most. Im iffy on the tail lights and I barely stand the 350z interior. maybe Im just bias to keeping the interior styling classic 240 than the plastic fantastic 350.(IMO)

Hey yeah that could be an idea but I have my doubts about it anyway it looks like its done huge kms from what I could get from www.checka.co.nz but if there is any other zs in Auckland that come up I might ask at those forums seems smarter if they can actually look at it and give me feedback.

Ive been looking at buying a 280ZX for a few months now and this 280zx has caught my eye as I can probably get it for cheap as it needs work

This 280zx has been on the New Zealand auction site Trade me for a few months now and the owner has now opened it to reasonable offers so I decided to post here to get your valuable input as lots of you guys actually own zs what do you think I should offer? or should I keep looking?
