Those rears are the NISMO Works fenders. Arita made modifications on their molds and are similar but different esp. noticeable farther down by the kick panel. Cheers.

So I'm the majority of my way through a skinny bumper conversion for my 280Z,
while trying to stick the 240Z valance in place of the 280Z valance I noticed
that, while the outers (after separating into all three parts) will bolt on,
the centre of the valance will not work do to the centre bolt in location of
the 280Z/240Z are quite a bit different. What are my options at this point?

I bought mine for about the same and it is literally eaten away by rust,
I'm expecting to pay triple the cars worth in just fixing those spots
alone.

I have a 280z with a 5spd and pretty much all the parts to convert
it (style wise) to a 240 save the tail light panel. Car is NOT pretty,
but it runs/drives needs new tires (deflated), other than that its great.

These also seem to have been made for the Nissan WORKS car (240ZR) whether this helps, who knows.

FYI those flares on the black car are made by AritaSpeed Japan, and good luck sourcing them here in the USA

The Phalanx kit and the black ZG ARE NOT made by AritaSpeed JP I hear this all the time but compare those to Aritas car piks. Very diff. The aero you're asking about is NISMO's Work aero.
