Because you want to copy Yuta's car so you can be one-of-a-kind?
I think it's incredibly daft, to be honest. This is a site for performance modifications.
If you're looking for support to build a garage queen, you probably will be dissapointed in the reactions you get from the other members here.
Slammed/poked/stretched cars belong on other sites.
Good luck with your build.
Copy who's car? I'm pretty sure I liked a photoshopped picture so how is that copying? I started this thread to find a car I can base my ideas on. What gives you the right to hate on someones ideas? I know this site is made for performance modifications but they have this "body kits & paint" forum for a reason. So stop hating

Seeing some contradictions here...
*biting tongue*
How is that contradicting? I do want to be one of a kind. And how many totally blacked out Z's do you know of? 1?
-
everyone has there own tastes for cars. Some people like their Z's to look stoke or retro but I like to be one of a kind and there is lots of restored datsuns around my city that are just stock looking. Another thing is I'm not into older or domestic/American muscle cars. I also own a civic and an s2000 but I when I found my Z in a field I fell in love and I wanted to make it look modern and slam it on deep dish rims and black it right out.
That's my opinion.

I never thought about using a honing tool. I have one that has 3 grinding stones that would proly work perfect. Bought it from Canadian tire.
-
everyone I know that ported used rotary grind stones or just regular rotary bits and just had to do their best. There could be other ways though

The reason why I love blacked out cars so much is because this sneaky look to it. Like when your driving down the road people just stare and wonder who is inside that car, but that don't know because of tinted windows. But the black of the car just adds to the mysterious factor. I don't know I guess I'm just weird like that.

Oh come on. This was my idea. Lol. Ive been driving my wife crazy with the whole Blacked out theme. I'm talking about no badges, no chrome (trim or anything. Hell, If I could, My rotors would be black. I think its going to be sinister looking. But I say go for it anyways.
Sorry for double posting but you and me have the same goal... Totally blacked out. I want gloss black with black wheels, tinted windows, tinted tail lights, black interior.... Black black black.

It's a photoshopped version of the controversial jdm mad-tyte stance Z, but it may give you a better idea.
ps: go for it
Wow. Thats exactly how I want my car to look like. I love the look of that car. Thanks man

Cool that helps a bit. Does anyone have a gloss black with steels or completely black rims? Or can someone photoshop something for me. That would be great help. Thanks

Does anyone have a picture of a datsun 240z that is ALL black with black wheels? Basicly blacked right out... My Honda s2000 is blacked out and I love it and I want to do my z like that too but I'm not sure how it's going to look. Can anyone help me out?

thanks guys. I have a wet system sitting in my garage along with a second l24 so I'll throw my nitrous on my Z and see what happens from there. No one else has done this before?
-
done right as in like what? What would be significant that I would have to do? I siad stock motor and it's wet shot so there isn't much I can do other than put the nitrous in. What do you mean "if done right"?
-
hey guys this is my first post and I don't know if I'm posting in the right area but what all happens to a persons stock l24 when you run wet shot nitrous threw it? Can it handle a 25, 50, or 75 shot? If not what all needs to be done?
I searched the forums and couldn't find anything on it.
stripping down my 260 for paint ect...
