Lets see some AFR maps

Over the summer I ran into a ton of issues, I've the mechanical issues worked out now. I feel like I need to retune from scratch, the tune I have now is a little cobbled together. It runs alright, but I think I can do better starting again using the include afr option.

One thing that I've noticed is that the L28ET seems to not like running at stoich or much leaner. I've been using the default MS2e AFR map, this has cruise at ~15.5, I set the 100+kpa bins to a blanket 12.0. It didn't really like that cruise AFR so I lowered it a bit.

I'm curious what you guys have and how your motors like it. A timing table to go with the afr map might be useful too.

Yes I know there is a MS map sharing FAQ, but I'd like this to be a discussion about what AFR's the L28(ET) likes during different operating conditions.

Hi,

I notice you are only going to 100 (0 PSI) on you AFR table and 180 (12ish PSI) on your ignition map ( only showing values that are above atmosphere )

This is what I run on my Turboed L24, it's not the same as the L28ET but it should give you some ideas about your cruise area.

Everything north of 100kpa goes off the 100kpa bins in that case. The 180kpa bins in the ignition table is setup as a safety, so any overboosting results in a serious cut in timing. I ran into some detonation(listening with det cans) around 4000, so you can see the drop in timing there.

There's no way my engine would tolerate running at 17:1 at cruise, interesting.
