Guest Anonymous Posted October 16, 2001 Share Posted October 16, 2001 ok, i am looking at an 86 2+2(i know it is heavy)but it has a 5speed(which my 81 does not) but the main reason i like it is the luxury it offers while being realitavly quick(i.e. it should run about the same as my 81 in the 1/4) my question is, does anyone know very much about the VG30? i would like to make it quicker(and if i sell my 81 and buy the 86 i'll have more money to play with) i heard somewhere that lifters are about $30 apiece so that puts cams outta my reach, but headers exhaust that kind of stuff i can do and would plan on, can anyone think of somethin else?
