scottyMIz Posted March 16, 2002 Share Posted March 16, 2002 well the engine is in but not mounted i have to do some more tunnel poundi....i mean custom bending To get the tranny to fit right.But it does fit and i'll get pics tomorrow.This truck has more z parts than mazda parts.I plan to use the small turbo on it too i have to get the exhaust manifold tomorrow along with the intake manifold i have from my friend's house.But it is progressing nicely.The biggest hurdle so far is the drive shaft the splines are different so i'll have to do some cutting and welding.I'll keep an update Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
scottyMIz Posted March 17, 2002 Author Share Posted March 17, 2002 ok guys i have the tunnel modiflied but i had family stuff to do today so i didn't get a whole lot acomplished but i did get it all in ready to bolt in i have to slot the front motor mounts and then find something i can use for a tranny mount but it's coming along nicely i even power washed out the engine bay it was so oily i had to i hated reaching in to grab something to hand on to and getting a hand full of grease.
