StanTheMan
Hey guys, I recently got my first Z-car (YAY!) and I'm beginning resto project in a few weeks. Right now I'm trying to get all the missing parts one of which the the steering wheel column cover. Does anyone know if there's a difference in covers for cars from different years? Mine is a '77 car and most 280Z covers that I find on eBay say they are for '75-'76 cars. Should I be looking specifically for covers that are for '77 car or any of the other ones will fit? Thanks in advance! -Stan
88dangerdan
Yes there is a difference. You need to look for '77-'78.
Namor
I might have one I could let go, If you are interested. I'll have to check. *edit* Just checked and it is warped in one spot (where the combination switch bullet connectors are, I'm guessing from a high resistance connection there heating up) I've added photos. If you want it, I'll send it your way if you pay for the shipping. Edited September 6, 2016 by Namor
