Manya
Hi all, I've ended up upgrading to an MS3X as I have 1150cc injectors, and I've had a hard time getting them to play nice at low RPM. Also plan on running enthenol at a latter stage. Anyway, I've wired everything up correctly but when I crank the car over, I get an error saying that there is "no cam signal". I have installed jumper JP7 and wired the green wire to the cam input but I'm a bit lost. Do I need to install a pullup resistor for the cam input as well even with JP7 installed? Will adjusting the trim pots on the MS3X be necessary? Any help will be appreciated. Thank you,
Matt Cramer
What sort of cam sensor are you using?
Manya
Hi Matt, I am using a Nissan cas with the custom trigger wheel as shown in the bottom of the link below. https://www.diyautotune.com/support/tech/hardware/nissan-trigger-disc/
Matt Cramer
You may need to adjust the trim pots. Can you post a composite log of what signal you're getting now, and a copy of your MSQ?
