Here's the deal. I got my engine with only a distributor and I got all the parts I need to make it electronic ignition but when I hook it up and spin it with a drill it sparks constantly. I mean if I spin it by hand it sparks on a plug until it goes to the next plug. not a single spark a constant spark. I bought a haynes manual and hooked it up like diagram shows but I don't have correct spark. any input would be appreciated. if anyone has a electronic conversion kit on their mopar I would like to hear how that is wired. thanks guys

I'm not a Mopar guy, but here is my take on your situation: It sounds like you are bench testing the system out of the car, if so, you may not have the proper ground to all components that are so critical to proper function of any electrical device, especially a high voltage one. Have you tried installing it in the car and running it? If it is in the car, double check all grounds to the systems and the engine.
